2. Individual results vary
- Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo and no specific result can be guaranteed.
- Healed colour and retention depend on skin type, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare, medication and aftercare.
- Photographs on this site show individual clients' results and are not a promise of the same outcome for you.
- More than one session may be required, and pigment fades gradually over time.
- Laser pigment removal is progressive and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
3. Suitability and contraindications
Some conditions, medications and recent treatments make permanent makeup unsuitable or require it to be postponed. These are assessed and discussed with you individually at your consultation. You must disclose all relevant medical information; treatment carried out on the basis of incomplete or inaccurate information may not be safe or produce the intended result.
Treatments are provided to clients aged 18 and over only.
4. Emergencies
This website is not a channel for urgent medical help. If you have signs of a serious reaction or infection, contact NHS 111, your GP, or in an emergency call 999.

Following the aftercare guidance you are given is essential to the result and to safe healing. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by aftercare not being followed, by treatment carried out elsewhere, or by information withheld at consultation. This does not limit your statutory rights, and it does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
