1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. We use them in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
2. What we use
- Strictly necessary — a single local storage entry that remembers your cookie choice, and technical storage required for the contact form and the AI assistant to function. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tracking or advertising cookies. The site is connected to Google Search Console, which is verified at server level and does not place cookies on your device.
- Third party content — pages that show an embedded Google Map may cause Google to set its own cookies once that content loads. This is controlled by Google, not by us.
3. Managing your choices
Because we only use strictly necessary storage, nothing non-essential is set before you make a choice. You can clear your stored preference below, or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.
4. More information
For details about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Independent guidance on cookies is available from the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
