1. How to book
Appointments are arranged personally, by phone on 07725 057 233, by email at contact@11studio.co.uk, through Instagram direct message, or through the enquiry form on this website. We do not use an external online booking system, so an appointment exists only once we have confirmed the date and time with you directly.
2. Age requirement
Permanent makeup and laser treatments are provided to clients aged 18 and over only. Photographic proof of age may be requested. We cannot treat anyone under 18, with or without parental consent.
3. Consultation, patch test and consent
Every treatment begins with a consultation covering your goals, your medical history and any contraindications, which are discussed individually with you at that consultation. A patch test may be required before pigment or laser work, and where required it must be completed before treatment can proceed.
You will be asked to read and sign a consent form before treatment. If information given at consultation turns out to be incomplete or inaccurate, or if on the day it is not safe or appropriate to proceed, we may decline or postpone the treatment. That decision is always made in your interest.
4. What is included
Each permanent makeup treatment price includes the consultation, brow or lip mapping and design, the pigment work itself, aftercare products and aftercare guidance, and a follow-up touch-up appointment. The touch-up is arranged with you individually once your skin has healed.
5. Changing or cancelling an appointment
We do not take deposits. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so the time can be offered to someone else. If we ever need to change an appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the earliest suitable alternative.
6. Payment
Payment is due on the day of treatment. We accept cash and bank transfer. Prices published on this website are in pounds sterling and may change; the price confirmed at your consultation is the price that applies to your appointment.
7. Results
- Permanent makeup is a cosmetic treatment, not an exact science. Healed results vary between individuals.
- Pigment retention depends on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare, medication and how closely aftercare is followed.
- More than one session may be needed to reach the result you want, particularly on oily or previously tattooed skin.
- Laser pigment removal is a gradual process and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Please read our Medical Disclaimer and Treatment Consent & Aftercare before your appointment.
8. Your consumer rights
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is not right, tell us as soon as possible so we can look at it with you; our Complaints Procedure explains how. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Studio conduct
- Please arrive alone where possible; the studio is a single treatment space.
- We cannot accommodate children during treatments for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Please arrive with clean skin and follow any pre-treatment guidance given to you.
- We reserve the right to decline treatment where behaviour is abusive, or where the client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
10. Law
These booking terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
